How do I book a birthday party at Pump ‘n’ Jump?

You may fill out the Birthday Party Inquiry Form and a Pump ‘n’ Jump party coordinator will contact you to book your party. Please also feel free to call the Pump ‘n’ Jump location directly that you wish to have your party at (Kingston (781) 585-7867 or Taunton (508) 880-5867) to book your party, or to get additional information.

What happens if it snows, or some other natural disaster occurs the day of my party?

You can always reschedule your party without a fee due to inclement weather. If you choose to cancel your party and not reschedule it, you would be bound to the terms of our cancellation policy.

Does Pump ‘n’ Jump offer exclusive private birthday parties?

Before and after regular hour parties are available at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

What kind of party packages do you have and what is included?

Is there a deposit required to book a party?

Yes. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your party. You may use a major credit card either over the phone or in person, or cash or personal check in person at the facility you wish to book at.

What is your party cancellation policy, and is my deposit refundable?

If you cancel your party at least 7 days before the party date we will refund your deposit minus a $25 fee. If you do not give at least a 7 day notice of cancellation, your entire $100 deposit is non-refundable.

Can I bring any outside food to the party?

No outside food or drinks are allowed at Pump ‘n’ Jump besides a birthday cake or cupcakes. We also offer birthday cakes (themed as well as traditional), ice cream, pizza, and a variety of drinks available at an additional cost for your party guests.

What about decorations, balloons, goodie bags,etc.?

Pump ‘n’ Jump offers you everything you need for an awesome birthday party experience, so we don't allow anything brought in from the outside. For an additional cost we will provide goodie bags, balloons, themed paper products, themed tablecloths, noisemakers, hats, tiaras, or almost anything else you can think of!
